Professionals certified by The Fraud Practice as an eCommerce Chargeback Specialist have a high level of knowledge and understanding regarding payment processing for eCommerce, the chargeback life cycle from retrieval request through arbitration, how to reconcile and re-present credit card chargebacks, as well as conduct chargeback reporting and analytics.
Certified eCommerce Chargeback Specialists have learned and been tested on the retention of key concepts and definitions regarding payment processing and the full payment lifecycle, from authorization to settlement and post-transaction management.
